The opt-in surface for selling on behalf of other merchants: routing a payment so a merchant is paid, splitting a platform fee, clawing that back on a refund, and the identity and eligibility checks that must pass before money may be destined to anybody. Off by default, and the switch refuses to boot without a driver that can route money.
